Virginia Supportive Housing has unveiled a new name and logo as part of an extensive rebranding initiative – we are now SupportWorks Housing!
Building on 35 years of experience working to end homelessness in Virginia, our name change to SupportWorks Housing—coupled with a clear, compelling new logo and graphic platform—reflects our continued commitment to combining professional property development and management with unmatched, integrated support services to deliver measurable results for individuals and communities.
The name SupportWorks reflects the effectiveness of the evidence-based best-practice model of supportive housing, which combines permanent, affordable housing with access to individualized support services: year over year, over 95% of individuals we serve remain stably housed.
“I am delighted we have found a new name that captures the heart of our mission (Support) and the outcomes we achieve (Works). We are optimistic and excited about the evolution and innovation of our mission to end homelessness,” said SupportWorks executive director Allison Bogdanović.
Our new name brings an active, engaging feel to the organization and emphasizes the heart of our mission: support. The name is further bolstered by a new logo that reflects the bright, optimistic approach to our work. The rebranding also aims to strengthen community engagement, attract new supporters, and enhance the visibility of our efforts statewide.
“Our re-imagined brand positions us to expand and strengthen our mission to end homelessness in Virginia. Moving forward as SupportWorks Housing, we are leading with our commitment to delivering best-in-class housing and support services to individuals experiencing homelessness,” said SupportWorks Housing board president Kathy Robertson.
